Lip Doctor
The Lip Doctor is a simple formula with a complicated history. Founder Sarah Villafranco experienced an incredibly frustrating few months with miserable, peeling lips before she figured out she had an allergy to a component of castor oil called ricinoleic acid. She created this formula to soothe her lips, and she has since given it to friends in need, when their lips were in a compromised and unhappy state. It's been so well-received that we decided to make it official!

Lip Doctor is made with no essential oils, as even those can be irritating to sensitive lips. It has only six ingredients, including organic olive oil infused with Colorado grown, organic lavender (we harvest it ourselves). Organic cocoa butter and beeswax give it staying power, while organic avocado and argan oils penetrate deeply to help lips heal themselves.

Shipping
We charge a flat $4.95 on all North American orders when FedEx SmartPost shipping is selected. Expedited shipping rates are available at additional cost. We offer Ground (2-5 days) for $8.95, 3-Day Shipping for $19.95, 2-Day Shipping for $29.95. We make every effort to process your order within 24 hours, however orders placed over weekends or holidays may take a little longer. Once your order is processed you will receive an order confirmation followed by a shipping confirmation. We also offer free shipping on all North American orders over $150.
International orders are typically shipped via USPS Priority Mail at a flat cost of $14.95. Please note that shipping does not include duties and taxes as these vary by country.
Returns
Returns will be accepted if the product is returned to us within 30 days of the delivery confirmation date and if the item remains in the condition in which it was received. After 30 days, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price. We will not refund shipping charges. If you would like to exchange your item for a different color or style, please contact us.
